Excellent Service, Excellent People!

I researched half a dozen solar power sellers/installers, both regionally and nationally before finally choosing MSSI. All I can say is: I know I made the right choice. I had a great total end-to-end experience with MSSI. Sandi the sales professional is very knowledgeable and has even continued to provide post-sale support. She didn't try to “sell” me, rather was more of a consultant. To date she has under-promised and over-delivered on both her company and their product. Honesty - what a concept. Colette, the wonderful owner was very thorough in her initial walk through. She was present during the entire installation and was the last to depart after the system was given its final inspection ok from BGE. She kept me informed of any possible delays due to weather or other unforeseen variables. Colette really knows solar and manages her business in the most professional manner. Her team, made up of installers and electrician, were courteous, professional and went above and beyond expectations to meet established and agreed upon timelines and ensured my house looked as promised after their work was complete. Shelby, Colette's protégé and daughter, is very knowledgeable and was present throughout the entire process of the install and final inspection. It appears like the family business will continue to operate very well if and when the reign is passed down. I can't forget to leave out Dan back in the home office. Dan was instrumental in getting local permits, working with information that my HOA needed, helping me secure suitable financing, drafting up ALL paperwork associated with state and local rebates and credits, assisting in setting up my SREC account and got me completely set up on-line with SolarEdge monitoring. <br />If you plan on going solar and live in the Maryland area, there is no other company I would recommend to go with but MSSI. Absolutely no regrets here and expect to continue being extremely satisfied as MSSI will provide continual maintenance and service to my system.
