We recently worked with Citadel Roofing & Solar on a solar panel and battery installation and had a great experience. From the first conversation through final commissioning, the team was professional, communicative, and consultative. Chris in sales was our main point of contact throughout and did an excellent job educating us on our options, setting expectations, and keeping us informed. Once the project kicked off, Ashley, our project manager, was fantastic at guiding us through each step, coordinating scheduling, and making sure all the moving parts stayed aligned. We were on a tight timeline and she made sure the project kept pace and finished on schedule. Installation was smooth and the technicians took the time to show us the system and answer every question so we felt confident using it. Overall, we were very impressed with sales, project management, and the field team. We would definitely recommend Citadel Roofing & Solar to anyone considering a solar system.
