DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! No resolution to problem after problem after problem. I've spent hours of my life on hold and on the phone trying to have things resolved, but you know what I haven't done... is miss a payment on my solar panels. We are out hundreds if not thousands of dollars waiting for our annual review to be reviewed bc we had to pay electric bills on top of our solar bills while our system was down. A year ago my inverter needed to be replaced. It was replaced after being on backorder, so my system was down for 6 weeks. I was assured I could submit a request for our annual review of production, but you have to wait to do that until your annual grace period (ours is July/August), so we put a reminder in to call and did so to submit our request. Now it's February (a year from when the system was actually down and when we had electricity payments on top of our solar payment), and we've had no follow up, no resolution, and help from Freedom Forever. Every time we call (monthly) it's a run around, no supervisor or manager available to help, and a backlog of problems they're "working through!" However, I've been told today it'll be escalated for the 3rd time... PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS if you don't want the biggest headache of your life!
