The inital experience was fine. the independent sales rep was great. Once Freedom took over the project everything fell apart.. The system wasnt installed within the "garaunteed" 60 day time period. There were delays with the roofer and the initial tree subcontractor, because they stopped working with the company because they werent being paid for projects the already completed. My installtion was completed 3 months after permits were issued but it took another 2 moths for them to file the necessary paperwork with the utility for me to get my PTO. The only reason it got done was because i reached out to a contact at the utility company who the pressed Freedom for the information. After the over 6 months of waiting for Freedom to coordinate the tree work I paid for they were still unable get a vendor to do the work. I had to reach out to tree cpmanies on my own to get the work completed because my panels were operational and i had been paying for them but was getting no production with the trees. Its been 3 weeks since i paid out of pocket for the work to be done and almost 2 weeks since i completed the change order paperwork with freedom for my $10,000 refund and I cant get anyone from freedom to tell me when they refund the money. Its supposedly waiting on approval from the CFO, but that doesnt make any sense because I have a chnage order signed by the president of the company. I could write a 5 page review about how bad this company is and the issues I have experience through the process. I am a project manger and understand delays and things can arise, but I have managed multi million dollar projects with less headaches than this siomple panel install. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
