Frustrated Customer

High pressure sales tactics. Told things by the rep that were not accurate. Told by Trinity installers that other Trinity workers had done poor or incomplete work, creating many problems. Stunning lack of communication between customer service and other departments. Terrible lack of communication with sales rep and customer service leader, refusing to take or return calls. Alienated city inspectors. Install behind schedule. Connection more than two months behind schedule and counting. Using this company was a awful mistake.
