Amazing team!!!

I recently completed a large solar installation project with Citadel Roofing & Solar, and despite some expected challenges along the way, I'm very satisfied with the end result. Large-scale projects like this--especially when racing against end-of-year deadlines--often come with hiccups, such as permitting delays, scheduling adjustments, or minor coordination issues. These are pretty standard in the industry for big installs, and Citadel handled them professionally without major disruptions. What really stood out was the exceptional support from Ashley Jensen. Ashley was a stellar employee and truly instrumental in keeping everything moving forward. Her responsiveness, problem-solving skills, and dedication made a huge difference in getting things done efficiently for me. She went above and beyond to address concerns and ensure the project stayed on track. The installation team was skilled, the final system looks great, and the whole process has me optimistic about long-term energy savings. I'd recommend Citadel to others considering solar, especially if you value strong individual support like what Ashley provided.
