Even when I start of in the review. It won't let me put the state I live in. I do live in Michigan. Had a smooth-talking sales person from Texas. Did our research start? Everything would be okay? Sounded like a win-win for us. Not only did they hook the wiring up incorrectly and almost caught our house on fire. Smoke out or basement, fry the wash machine, microwave and water softener. But now wont pay for the damages. All 3 water spickets on the exterior of our aluminati house had arched across, and black smoke burnt all over the aluminum siding. They put the panels on our house in early July. This is the beginning of February, still not operational. We were supposed to get a battery back up system. But they installed an energy assist battery. 2 total different concepts. They guaranteed if I didn't produce enough electricity. They would pay the difference. Now they are saying they were only pay. only 85%. In Michigan, we have snow unlike Texas. The panels are covered from snow the installers should put the panels at a large enough degree to allow snow to slide off. Not at a flat parallel level. We have 4 months out of the year with no solar energy savings. But for an additional costs. I can pay for a lift package to change the angle. Shouldn't your engineers have noticed it from the beginning of installation. Now good leap has bought out freedom forever. And you have to go through them first and they decide if they'll repair or pay for these services. Any contract I had through freedom forever is now void
