Would not use again

They got the job done, with regular prompting from me, including a new roof, which was great. The people they contracted to install the solar system were also great. The rep was very responsive when I contacted him. However, it took them nearly a month to turn the solar on after I had the PTO and the rep made me feel like I just didn't understand the system, which was completely wrong. They did not do their job to turn on the system, which they finally admitted, but I had to ask over and over. The rep got the job done in time which I was grateful for but I found him at times defensive and patronizing. There was also no follow up about how the system works and how to understand the monitoring system. I was left feeling like after it got installed, they dropped the ball.
