Disapointed

Don't work as promised and horrible support after installation. I would not recommend this company. They made a lot of promises for after the instaulation like a new themostat and that they would be easy to reach if we had any issues and after my installation they were nearly impossible to reach and they never helped with any issues. My system's app says that it produced twice what the electric company says it is doing and so I have a big electric bill and a bill for my panels. Mark was my salesguy and he seems very trustworthy, but multi years after buying from 816 Solar Pros I would never reccomend them or do it again. In theory I would have low to no bills and my bill this past month for just my electricy was well over $200 and after the second year I have never had a month when I didn't have to pay anything. I am still so disappointed in myself for trusting Mark and going with this company. I felt very pressured to buy and still can't believe I didn't go with my better judgment. Mark is a good salesman for sure.
