Citadel provided EXCELENT Customer service.

They have all employees and no sub-contractors. The Field supervisors give you their cell number and communicate all the way from quote to final sign off. They were very professional and did a fantastic install and aftercare. The best option is to have them do your roof and then install solar so you have a seamless install experience
