We recently had a solar roof system and Tesla Powerwall 3 battery installed on our home in the Charlotte, North Carolina area by Renu Energy Solutions, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. From the very beginning, Almir Hyseni, Area Sales Manager, was knowledgeable, transparent, and never pushy. He took the time to clearly explain the system, answer all of our questions, and set realistic expectations. Once the project moved into execution, Emily O’Hare, our Project Manager, did a fantastic job coordinating every phase of the project. Communication was consistent, clear, and proactive—there were no surprises, and we always knew what to expect next. The installation team Ben, Sofia, Marcus, Derek, Nate, and Dakota were truly exceptional. They were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. The crew showed great attention to detail and went above and beyond to protect our home and property throughout the installation process. The job site was kept clean and organized, and the work was completed efficiently without cutting corners. What really stood out was how well Renu communicated project timing and milestones the entire way. Every step was explained, schedules were honored, and any questions were answered promptly. That level of coordination and professionalism made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and well managed.
