Amazing work!

The project was an amazingly smooth process from start to finish. NEC handled all coordination between Eversource and the town inspectors, was extremely transparent every step of the way, and worked tirelessly to get our system completed and active before the 12/31/25 deadline to receive full tax credits. They were honest with us up front regarding our chances to receive the tax credits and did not attempt to promise what they couldn't guarantee, yet they were still able to get the system to PTO status before the deadline. As part of the project we also needed to upgrade our breaker panel before installing the solar panels, and coordination between NEC Electric and NEC Solar was seamless. Construction crews for both projects were extremely professional, completed their work on time (or earlier!), explained what they were doing when we were curious, and cleaned up any signs of work from the home before they left. Post-project, the NEC team has been more than helpful regarding answering lingering questions, setting us up on Enphase to monitor our system, and enrolling us in Xpansiv's Class 1 REC incentive program to receive additional quarterly cash payments for solar generation. We've been absolutely thrilled by the outcome of this project, and would without hesitation recommend NEC for any residential solar or electrical work.
