The sale guy was awesome, the install crew solid. The Post sales support? As bad as anyone I’ve ever dealt with. Zero communication, zero follow up and nobody way to gained anyone there who seems to care…. I loved the up front, I love having solar…. The experience after the front end is simply horrendous!
