I have currently been without solar since September 13, 2025. The date of this review is January 20, 2026. There have been technicians to my home three times, the last one being January 16, 2026. The technician installed a new inverter, however, my Sunrun app is still not working showing zero production. I will say that the young lady who helped me today was extremely efficient and if this rating was for her alone, it would be five stars. However, since this rating is for the company, overall I would give it zero if possible this is not the first issue I’ve had with Freedom Forever. It has been nothing but delays no communication the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing, etc..
