Exceptional service

I cannot say too many positive things about my experience with Solar States: from the very beginning, my interactions with all staff have been professional, positive,…and illuminating! Many thanks to Dave, with whom I worked over two years ago to purchase and install the solar system for my Philadelphia row home, and to all of the staff who kindly answered all my questions and made the entire process easy and smooth. More recently, I experienced a connectivity glitch (due to a router issue.) The service team of Rafael and Kevin were not only superbly skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient, they were also kind and patient, answering all my questions and expertly fixing the problem. And finally, Cy promptly and satisfactorily answered other questions to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Solar States and its staff.
