reedom Forever installed my solar system, and it has repeatedly failed while the company refuses to take responsibility. On 12/19/25, my system suddenly jumped off-grid and all power shut off. I contacted Enphase (the manufacturer), who helped me reboot the system and clearly told me that if the issue continued, I would need to contact Freedom Forever since they installed the system. The issue did continue — once a week later, again the following week, and most recently three consecutive days in a row. When I contacted Freedom Forever, they refused to assist and repeatedly told me to call Enphase, despite me explaining multiple times that Enphase had already confirmed Freedom Forever is responsible for inspecting the system. The representatives would not listen, offered no solutions, and attempted to end the call without helping. I called Enphase again, and they reaffirmed that Freedom Forever must inspect the system because Enphase does not handle onsite installation issues. At this point, I am being passed back and forth while Freedom Forever continues to take payment for a system that does not function reliably and leaves my home without power. If something goes wrong after installation, be prepared to get the runaround. Based on my experience, customer support and accountability are severely lacking.
