My experience with sales and installation was great. A portion of the work originally planned ended up not being needed so I needed a change order to reduce the amount owed. I have been trying to resolve the change order and get my loan rewritten for the lower amount since August. It is now January and it’s still unresolved. Multiple emails to customers service went unanswered. When I finally have reached someone by phone they are courteous and helpful but whatever information they take to pass on appears to fall into a blackhole because I never receive any additional info until I call again. The length of time and lack of action on their part is very frustrating. That said as far as the system itself,I’m very happy both in performance and it’s unobtrusive attractive appearance
