I will list just some of the lies we were told and as for late. It took for ever for instalation and they would just show up no appointment. Lie 1: it saves money. I'm in Texas so electric bills are high in summer low in winter. Here we are in January and between the electric company and Sunrun 400.00. We are "renting" solar panels that don't produce. It's sunny all year long in Texas. 2. Lie 2 :Any promo they promise make sure you see it in writing. We were promised a rebate of the first four months. Recieved 0. 3. Lie 3: Vivint security system. Works with them. They no showed an appointment with us. We were told we would receive a 100 gift card. Never got it.
