If you want salesmen who make promises the company won’t keep, condescending project managers, cost overruns (currently at 33% over original quote, and the project isn't done yet), design errors, and incessant delays (7 months and counting!) then this is the company for you. City inspection was supposed to be today but was canceled, apparently because Renu lost their electrician's license. I can't imagine how *that* happened. Cons: see above. Pros: none. I would not recommend Renu to anyone. Ever. For any reason.
