Awful customer service

I have been trying for four months to get answers about my system, which was in installed at the end of 2024. The first eight months were extremely satisfactory. Production fell off precipitously, ultimately resulting in a $300 electric bill for December. I have asked repeatedly for an explanation or for someone to come look at the system and see if there’s a problem mostly I get no answer at all or a vague promise to explain things at a later date now I just get deafening silence. I would definitely not use this provider again.
