To begin with it took 8 months to activate the system. I've lost track of how many times I've called and left message for call back ,only to have 90% of requests have no response. I have had system activated for 4 months. Not once has the system preformed as promised. After paying PSE&G the monthly charge and the $116 charge to Trinity, my bills have never been higher. I pay more for electricity now then I did without panels. This company is boarder line dishonest. If I could rate them a minus star I would. Stay away for this company. I'm embarrassed for let myself get hooked into Trinity Solar. Do not trust anything they feed you.
