If I could give negative, I would

If I could give negative stars I would. We started out with a man named Matt, who had us sign the contract on the spot. He ended up going on some sort of leave, and the company never picked up his work. We tried calling for months. New Jersey would transfer us to the NY office, and literally would never pick up or return the 594086956 voicemails we left. Months after trying, PSEG emailed us saying that the application was being closed but ironically someone from Trinity tuned in and said no no no. So, even though this was far from the person we needed to speak to, I reached out to the finance person and requested it not be opened as we are done with this company. Finally a man named Dave called us to say sorry and do the sweet talk. Against our better judgement, we allowed the project to happen. It took MONTHS, and go figure yet again NO contact or communication from the Trinity team. We would have workers just randomly coming to our house. Fast forward, someone comes to our house on Christmas Eve to do something. Apparently, it was turned on then. I would have no idea until I followed up with Dave yet again. We begged, and pleaded to please just have communication. Dave promised up and down how he has his attention on our project, and will be hands on- EVERY single time I had to reach out to him. We are constantly told "this isn't how we do business" or the finance company went bankrupt. That is not the customers problem. Fix it in your office, and communicate with the client. This company has nice workers on the job site, but when it comes to the prep, and background work of the project there is no existence. If you go with this company, be prepared for it to take double time, empty promises, and for you to be the project manager as they do not actively do anything. Hopefully they go to a customer service class for ALL Long Island employees. And, if you need to get someone on the phone, don't expect someone to pick up, call you back, or anything along those lines. If we could go back in time, I would have chosen literally anyone else to do this project. Complete nightmare.
