SCAM JOB COMPANY HERE - SOLAR BEWARE!

Scammers - SOLAR CLIENTS BEWARE. Paid this company to "commission" my solar system. Tech couldnt even get the system connected to wifi! He wasted a ton of time with me over the phone, I have video feed of his sitting in his car for 22 minutes straight, all time of which i'm being charged for. He didn't even get the system registered to my name on the Enlighten App! He tells me i have 24 total panels when in fact i have 38 panels, proving the guy didnt even get up on the roof. He knew nothing and literally did zero part of the "commissioning" of the system, leaves without telling me what he did or didnt do, i'm thinking the job is done until the lady behind the desk calls me in more than a harrassing manor to collect payment. She explained a bunch of nonsense to me (come to find out once I hired a new company who actually knew what they were doing) that I had to pay another near $1400 (invoice recieved) to get the system up and running so that I can see it online etc etc. I denied the new invoice, hired another company, met new company on site he was able to show me that nothing at all had been commissioned, there were still 4 red lights (out of 4 total) on the system proving nothing was done or "commissioned" and also was able to get the system fully commissioned in 2.5 hours (time stamps available) to where i'm now registered to the system, I can see it online, I can track its progress. He actually went up on the roof found two rows completely unplugged (again further proving the prior company didnt even get up on the roof to learn the system). Commission complete. Fought with them for two weeks for a refund, they claimed they commissioned. Will fight charge and other company sent me documents and photos proving nothing was commissioned upon their arrival.
