Poor communication and unmet promises

My experience with Greenbelt Solar in Austin, Texas was extremely disappointing from start to finish. What was promised during the sales process did not match what was delivered. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were missed without explanation, and follow-up was difficult once the contract was signed. The pricing was not as transparent as initially presented, and several details had to be clarified repeatedly. The installation process felt rushed and lacked attention to detail, leaving me concerned about the overall quality of the work. After installation, customer support was slow to respond and unhelpful when issues or questions came up. Overall, I regret choosing Greenbelt Solar. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solar installer.
