Delays, Unprofessional Conduct, and No Project Completion

SunLux led me to believe the installation would be completed by year-end so I could qualify for the 2025 tax credits. After signing in August, permits weren’t submitted until November, communication was poor, and the project stalled. During a phone call, their project manager became unprofessional and made threats stating my project could be intentionally delayed. Their delays made installation impossible and forced me to cancel. I continue to struggle to get responses and my deposit returned. I would not recommend this company.
