Abandoned My Project - Not Complete After 6 Months

We contracted with ION Solar to install a solar system and battery backup on my house on 7/8/25. As of 1/7/25, the project has not been completed or energized. They have now no call/no showed 3 appointments to finish the work and energize the system. Despite my repeated attempts to keep the project moving and get the work completed, ION Solar has stopped responding to me. The box that is supposed to contain our solar meter has been covered with a sheet of cardboard for nearly a month now (pictured) because they have not come to complete the work or have it inspected. We are proceeding with a project abandonment complaint through NMRLD's Construction Industries Division, as well as with our financing company, and the guarantor of their surety bond in New Mexico.
