No Service!

Look the install was pretty good but I can't get any service help. I got a new Internet provider and I can't log my system onto the new WiFi. LA Solar sent directions however the pictures of the system they send are very different from my system. I know I need to "RESET" the system to log onto the WIFI however there are warning signs everywhere about HIGH VOLTAGE. I need a tech to help me in person and I keep getting the runaround. I call and initially they are nice and then say hold for someone and drop me. They acknowledge my emails but do NOTHING. (We got your email - please rate our response - I give them "0" and nothing happens.) I am very frustrated - enough so that I now would NOT recommend them. Chuck Sharkey
