Very satisfied with the service provided by Trinity Solar!

Things were a little chaotic at times: the wrong solar panels were given to the installation crew on the day of installation, but the correct ones were delivered the same day so the installation was not delayed. The incorrect panels was not discovered until after the installation crew had already mapped some of the mounting brackets on our roof. The incorrect panels had different dimensions, so some of the the mounting brackets could not be used. The extra mounting brackets needed to be removed and the holes in the roof patched a few weeks later by a repair crew. That crew first came with the wrong color roof material and had to come back another time. When the repair crew came back, I did not know they were coming and the crew did not let me know they had arrived. Trinity was very good along the way about correcting their mistakes and apologizing for their miscommunications. Perfection is probably hard in their business, and they were WAY better with communication and mistakes compared to numerous independent contractors we've dealt with in recent years. We signed our purchase agreement with Trinity in September 2025. They did not guarantee they could finish installation by Dec. 31st - the deadline for tax credit purposes. BUT, they did get it done by mid- December, so we will be getting the federal tax credit. Overall, very pleased! Now I can't wait until the power company (Eversource) does their inspection so we can turn-on the system and start sending electrons out to the grid!!
