Terrible company - stay away!!

After the initial sales process things went downhill really fast. Once they lock you into the contract they lose complete interest in the project. The entire team is non-responsive and everything takes ridiculously long. From contract signing to getting the system fully operational took well over a year. They claim that is normal, but everybody I ever talked to had their system installed in about half that time. The only thing they are good at is covering up for each other and coming up with excuses. A year after completion one of our panels broke. In the contract they claim to have a highly responsive service department and fast turnaround times on warranty claims, but that is a total lie. They are again completely non-responsive. A month after starting the warranty claim we are still nowhere. Given how dishonest this company is, likely all or most of the positive reviews are fake and made up by the company itself in the time they spend not responding to their customers. All the negative reviews echo my experience and it is highly unlikely that they randomly choose to provide excellent service to some and dismal service to others with no middle ground. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company.
