Horrendous communication every step of the way. They sent out someone to take measurements and completely disregarded them, changing our layout and making the roof penetrations without letting us know they were changing things around. After they started the revised installation, they realized they measured incorrectly a 2nd time and had to change the layout again. We were home during this and they didn’t take the 30 seconds to let us know as we wanted panels moved around to other locations for aesthetic reasons which they ended up doing after having to seal up holes they already made. A meter needed to be removed as well which they did and low a behold, poor communication once again as they never alerted us that we needed to contact Eversource to have them remove it from our account. Two weeks went by that we could have done this, but were never told that this was the process. Use a different company, these folks are terrible to put it lightly.
