significant underproduction, and denial after management change

I signed a residential solar contract (Contract #VX007500482) on August 2, 2024, with a clearly stated annual production estimate of 14,721 kWh, which was central to my decision. After completing the first full annual cycle (July 17, 2024 to July 17, 2025), I verified via Enphase that actual production totaled approximately 9,746 kWh — a 33.8% shortfall. I opened Case #23866578 on August 13, 2025, and followed up on September 2, 2025. I was informed that due to internal management changes, production credits/adjustments are no longer honored, despite continued billing, now under SunStrong Management. Continuing to charge while denying contractual accountability is unacceptable. Communication was slow and evasive, with no technical resolution. I also referred a friend who is now a customer—something I regret. This review is based on contract terms, dates, verified production data, and billing records. Proceed with caution.
