The lady Vickie today was very helpful. We have a very poor service request experience!!!!!! After 7 months we still have not had someone come to see the issues, we have done everything asked of us, and now we wait again to see if a te hnician actually arrives. After 50+ years working in customer service myself, I expect quality service for paid for products. We look forward to promised services in the future.
