Overall, we had a positive experience, and I especially want to recognize Stan for his excellent work. He was highly responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented, and did a great job coordinating a complex timeline and keeping things moving forward. His communication and ownership made a real difference. One area for potential improvement is having more clearly defined processes for new construction projects, as these tend to have different coordination needs compared to existing homes. A more tailored approach for new builds could help streamline planning and execution. Thanks for the opportunity to share this feedback, and we appreciate the team’s support.
