Great

My principal contacts with Solera have been James Davis and Ryan Thurman. Both of them have been completely helpful and explained what I should D do to get the most value out of the solar panels for the amount of money. I have and will continue to recommend Solera energy. You, the management are well represented by each of them. They have always given me the necessary information in a timely manner. Now the problems: 1 the local building inspector was not clear in his initial instructions and that caused a brief hold up. I spoke to the inspector and he agreed there was a misunderstanding. That resolved very nicely and the quality of the electrical work was praised by our utility inspector. 2. Our metal roof has ridges that inhibits the effectiveness of the critter guard. You gave me a refund. I understand the problem with our roof but it is not unusual in design therefore please do a study and suggest an appropriate design for the critter guard. I have also approached a pest control company with a problem but I know the correction would be a potentially greater benefit to your company. Some suggestions: 1. Most localities do not consider the expense of the solar panels for tax value assessment. Solar panes do not raise the assessed tax base on the home. 2. The property insurance costs per year closely equal about one month of savings in the electric bill. Therefore the dollars saving on the electric bill is about ten times greater than the increase costs for both the proper taxes and property insurance. 3. People I have spoken to worry about the life of the panels. Tell then about the panel life. 4. People are concerned about the panels becoming cloudy (frosty) with time. I understand that the glass is similar to windshield glass. The image of strong glass impressed me. 5. I Was impressed when I was told that the most return on the dollar was most efficient with about 80% expected use. That convinced me you were concern about me as a customer. 6. Be ready to relate the panels with emergency back generator systems. Include data about the relative cost and life expectancy of batteries and gas generators. Includes the toxic fumes.
