On and off problems since I have had my system

I purchased my system a few years ago and have had constant ptoblems I have wondered why my bills are as high as ever and just found out only 4 of 18 panels are operational They said it is a "DC Isolation Alert"- whatever that means and they are not responsible- I have to pay then T &M to fix it This is after I recomended some freinds use them and they are booked for 3 weeks out- will TRY to see if they can get to me earlier...! I have asked for the owner of the company to call me...
