We decided to go with Future Energy Savers because of the technology the offered. In particular on the inverter and storage side of the equation. The Generac equipment offers a dedicated inverter enhancing the efficiency of conversion and the battery pack is modular allowing for greater flexibility. The installation was very professionally done and minimally invasive. The only reason for not receiving a 5 star rating: it would have been beneficial to be educated on the 30% reserve on the battery that is standard to protect against outages and the life of the battery. it also would have been nice to have documentation on how to protect the longevity of the batteries. It would be beneficial to have easier access to the different pre-programmed time of use settings that Generac has to offer. This took a bit of individual research to find and interpret. Overall we were very happy with our experience with Future Energy Savers.
