The installation went very well. The representative who came and explained the process was very good. Explain the process very well. The largest issue was with customer service after the sale very poor communications. The install took two days. Activation took nearly 5 months with very little feedback just excuses. I had to send messages to get any feedback. I had actually refered three other people two of them cancelled due to the time to turn on my units. I also lost all of the peak generation times. I believe there should be a penalty if not energized in 60 days after install. I cannot rate the performance as it has only been on two weeks
