Solar panels and Powerwall batteries

Very poor experience from start. First salesman promised to pay $3600 tree removal costs we got back $1500. He told us payments were 50% on install 50% on service start (was 80/20). Told us no loss of power on install - lost for under 1 hour. System production is measured in DC but power companies measure in AC. He didn’t know about overall process or when application went to power company ConEd for approval. Only good part of process was installation- Matt/team were excellent and did whole job in day working until late at night. Permit process useless - we had to call town to arrange inspections and get approval for permits closed. The system was’t connected to wifi and we have issues now with internet. The Tesla PW3 batteries were never registered and we were told to call Tesla and we still don’t know if the batteries are working properly. We get Enphase reports for panels only but again not connected to WiFi so updates only every 6 hours. Nobody talks or communicates to each other at Plug especially salesman who never knows what’s going on or asks. Whole process has taken 7 months so far and we still have no clear resolution or understanding if our system works properly. Utter mess
