this company went from great to terrible really fast

Originally I was thrilled with the installation and the lack of electric bills I had. However now at the 3 year mark I have nothing but remorse that I am locked into the service of this company. Half of my 15 solar panels quit working only 3 years after installation. No big deal right? 20 year warranty. Nope. The 2 year service warranty expired so my panels were off for over a month, with no notification from the system to inform me, and I got a bill from Xcel, and on top of that now have a 250 dollar service charge for them to come out and fix my only 3 year old solar panels. So the day rolls around, I take off work, netting me another loss of money only for the service tech to just flat out not show up. When I call to reschedule I'm told there is nothing they can do since it is 5 and the service place closes at 4 even though when I tried to reschedule the first time I called at 3:45 and was told I'd receive a call back through their automated system. When I raise this issue with the call lady I am told that my issue cant be elevated. So now I have no service date, after prepaying 250, and a broken 3 year old solar panel that I paid 30k dollars for. Extremely unsatisfactory service from this company.
