Unacceptable Panel change from Qcells to JA Solar

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Freedom Forever. Every contract and legal document I signed for this project explicitly listed Qcells panels as the equipment to be installed on my home. The brand, quality, and performance of Qcells were a material part of why I agreed to the system and the price. Despite this, the system installed on my roof uses JA Solar panels instead of Qcells. At no point did I sign a revised contract, documented change order, or written amendment authorizing JA Solar in place of Qcells, and no price reduction or financial adjustment was provided to reflect this substitution. In my view, installing a different, lower-value panel brand than what is stated in the signed documents is a serious contract issue and a clear misrepresentation of the product I agreed to purchase. Qcells and JA Solar are not equivalent in terms of reputation and Price. Based on this difference in price and quality, There is at least a 30% gap between what I contracted for (Qcells) and what I actually received (JA Solar). I effectively paid a Qcells price and was given a different, lower-value product. That is unacceptable. I am formally requesting that Freedom Forever: Compensate me for at least 30% difference in price and quality contract adjustment, or Replace the installed JA Solar panels with Qcells panels as originally specified in my signed documents. If this is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will consider escalating this matter through formal complaints to consumer protection agencies, licensing boards, and other appropriate channels. At this time, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Freedom Forever to other homeowners.
