Worst customer service ever

I had batteries added to my system and it’s been weeks now and still can’t get into the Franklin app due to they put in the wrong email which Fusion can see on there end but can’t fix it I have a fix it ticket but still nothing. My sales rep who said he in our point of contact never returned my calls or text I call Fusion and they are waiting on a call back. Really bad customer service all the way around. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you plan on getting solar
