It's only been a couple months. The process was very easy from financing thru install. <br />whether it pays for itself? jury is still out. I missed summer, but results seem optimistic so far.<br /><br />I didn't bother to learn about the software downloads etc that are available. I don't really understand how the little people get in my TV either, as a reference to my interest level. No involvement by me is fine. <br /><br />South Sound solar was very easy to work with and professional. Overall the process was very pleasant and I'm pleased with the results. I would do it again.
