Solar Nightmare — Over a Year Later and Still No Power!

What I thought would be a great investment has turned into a solar nightmare! After more than a year of back-and-forth, and with my solar system installed for over 9 months, it’s still not active. Whenever I reach out for updates or ask to speak to a supervisor, I’m told someone will call or email me — but those updates never come. Communication is basically non-existent. The roofers hired by this company didn’t even complete the full roof outlined in the scope of work, and I was left with face nails through asphalt shingles all over. The panel installers left a mess in my yard and driveway, including empty Bud Light cans. Completely unprofessional. Over the last 9 months, I’ve been given every excuse under the sun for why my system still isn’t turned on — and now I’m being told there’s a financial restructuring delaying everything even more, on top of the 4 or 5 other reasons I’ve already been fed. For reference: Project signed: May 2024 System installed: March 2025 Today’s date: November 2025 — still not on! Even local inspectors from fire and building departments have called me for updates because the company wasn’t responding to them or closing out permits. That’s how little follow-through there’s been. At this point, all I’m being told is that the project is “on hold until further notice.” I deeply regret trusting this company with such a big investment and hope others think twice before signing anything with them.
