I was skeptical about solar, but finally gave in because I can see the long term benefits. The sale process was great, the sales people were polite. Then they disappeared. When I needed assistance I realized that the number on the salesman's card does not work, it goes to a google voicemail. My system was installed by a third party, and I never saw a Wattsun person again. They refuse to come here and coach me, all I have is an email channel which takes me 5 days at least to get some kind of a response. I hope that they will fix this situation.
