Poor customer service which never followed the job was complete

Whole process took well over a year. Then received final payment and the job was never completed or followed up with. I asked owner to call to discuss the poor customer service for not following up and was left hanging. All cared about was getting paid then once was couldn't even call to follow up with customer nor return any phone call. The owner should have followed through made sure everything was running and follow up with communication to a customer. He didnt even care. Im reporting to better business bureau and consumer protection agency im beyond upset how rude of the company not professional.
