After the bankruptcy the new company closed the original portal for absolutely no reason cutting off access to any means for monitoring how much power is being generated. They say you can get into their new system and application. Then they say the old portal can still be used for monitoring (after it was already shut down and closed). Their access to their new system and application doesn't recognize my existing lease account (per their instructions) and I don't know why I need a new account and password because the Portal was a Sunnova account to begin with. And, with a background in such things, why would you shut down the pre-existing portal? Makes no sense at all as you are collecting funds from same sources and continuing, and currently hooked up to same accounts. And, then there is the fact that they have zero customer support, no phone numbers posted... oh, and when you find their secret phone numbers you get a message that all computer systems and phone systems are being worked on and your call is about to be disconnected... thank you for your patience. Thanks for your wasted hours! Is there an active class action suit yet?
