Incompetence and lack of communication

Communication is non-existent; getting the system installed took ages (weeks between panels on roof, then wiring trenched, then hook-up to meter/panel. Weeks !! Then the utility won't approve because the application was full of incorrect info. More weeks while Purelight corrected that. Now utility says info in revised application is incorrect and missing data. THIS IS THE SECOND APPLICATION ---- the system is fully installed but simply never turned on yet. THREE MONTHS (next week) since this began. I've only had a contact phone for about a month, which is more than I had during the dragged-out construction, but now all I hear is "we are working on that". Sunday is November 1st, and I have no confidence that this will be operational in time to qualify for even one dollar of government rebates, as they are all being cancelled at the end of 2025. Incompetence and lack of communication are the first words I think of when I think of Purelight Power.
