Customer service delays of 2 - 5 months

My microinverter stopped working and a new piece was ordered and delivered. I was instructed to schedule service with Exact Solar and called them to schedule service. The woman I spoke with on the phone said someone would be in touch; however, did not ask for any contact information and I had to inquire if she wanted it. I received an email from Exact Solar support on 10/28/25 that indicates they are "unable to handle SOS service inquiries until Q1, and non-urgent service work for existing customers will also be scheduled in Q1." Currently I have a non-functioning solar unit that may not be repaired for 2 - 5 months. If considering Exact Solar be aware they may not be able to assist you in a timely manner once the system is installed.
