Terrible Service (personal experience)

Extremely disappointed with the company and its customer service. It hasn't even been 5 months since my installation, and already more than half of the solar panels aren't working. Communication has been terrible, even with the person (Connor Leeb) who was supposed to help us if anything happened, and he couldn't even respond to text messages. Email communication has also been terrible, as they don't respond, and we've been experiencing this issue for over 3 weeks. I will seek advice to see if these panels can be removed, as I don't want to continue paying for a service that clearly isn't working.
