I absolutely regret installing this system on my house!! I've had the panels since 2017 and they hardly provide any savings at all on my electric bill. Initially, I installed them to be more green and planet conscious but it's been a nightmare!!! My panels stopped producing mid August 2025 and when I called, they scheduled a technician for 10/31/25 and have since cancelled that appointment stating that they don't have any technicians available. I still have no service date scheduled! Every time you call customer service it's a foreign call center with representatives that have zero clue!!! I have stopped paying my monthly lease fee...why should I be paying for something that's not working on top of my increased electric bill!!!?? They have told me that this will affect my credit score. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, I am told someone will call me back promptly. I was told that last week and I'm still waiting! I don't want a response below my complaint from Sunnova apologizing for my experience and asking me to call their foreign call center for help! PLEASE!!! There's a reason why they filed bankruptcy...THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!! I don't understand why I am forced to deal with a bunch of incompetent people!
